    Large kitchen item purchase

    My experience with the company was terrible. I purchased a large kitchen item that arrived damaged. Even though their return policy said they would pick up returns, they wouldn't do it. Since we are a disabled household, it was important for us since the item was heavy and big. They made us take it to the post office and follow strict instructions just to possibly get a refund. We were left with a broken item and lost over £220. Even after PayPal stepped in, they still wouldn't do anything. It's clear they don't care about treating customers right and their customer service was terrible. Other recent reviews show this isn't a one-time thing, with other customers facing the same unhelpful treatment. The way they treated us was just plain wrong.

    Pendant and rings purchase

    I just bought some stuff from this store and let me tell you, they have a huge selection of products. They've got everything from pendants to rings, and all of it is really top-notch quality. The details on everything are beautiful. I had a tough time picking out what I wanted because everything was so unique and gorgeous. When I got my pieces, they absolutely blew me away with how well they were made and designed. This store definitely has some of the best jewelry I've ever seen.

    Earrings with unique hand-painted designs

    I just got this really cool pair of earrings with these awesome hand-painted designs from Etsy. Everything went super smoothly, the earrings were just like they were described, and they came really quickly. But, after leaving a nice review, things took a turn. The seller started slacking on communicating and the quality of their stuff went downhill. Their customer service totally tanked and the whole experience ended up being a bummer.

    Halloween costume purchase

    I ordered my Halloween costume ages ago but I still haven't gotten any tracking info or updates. I've tried emailing them multiple times, but haven't heard back from anyone. I just hope it's worth the wait since Halloween is right around the corner. I might just end up going to Party City and paying more for a costume there because this place is taking forever.

    Unhelpful customer support

    I wasn't too happy with the customer support at this company. When I had a problem with my order and tried to get help, all I got was unhelpful responses and no solution. It was a letdown to find out they don't give refunds right away, and I had to work with my bank to dispute the charges to get my money back. Dealing with their bad support and lack of help was annoying and a hassle, and it definitely made me think poorly of their customer service.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
    I tried to exchange a belt because is two big.

    I Email, Text and call None of the above work!
    I even drove to their company location and the wont open the door.

    Finally 3 months later I get an email asking for my receipt, I send the receipt and they email back stating that the warranty is over?

    Don't do business with this Company!!!

    I ordered these two products last April. My Glucose went down from to an average of 95 to 105. I have lost 30 pounds since I started taking them. I quit taking my prescription for type 2 diabetes the first of January and my levels have stayed the same.

    I was a little surprised by the amount of programs I had installed on my mac. Since I did not need so many of them I used the Uninstaller feature to delete them, it freed up almost 7GB of disk space
