ProOne water pitcher
I reside in a complex with iron pipes, and this ProOne water pitcher with fluoride filter has been a lifesaver. Before using this pitcher from Pure Water Freedom, I had tried two other water filter brands, and all gave the same results. However, with this ProOne pitcher, I get to enjoy better tasting water without the fluoride after taste. I'm glad that I have a tool that's working on getting contaminants from water at a reasonable price. Disclaimer: the pitcher is slow at first (even thought of returning it) but gave it a few days, and it works great now. Other than that, Pure Water Freedom has a perfect product. Highly recommend.
Water pump purchase
I bought a water pump from this company like three months back. Right off the bat, it wasn't working right. Pretty bummed out about it cause I was hoping for better. Now I'm second-guessing where I'll be buying water stuff from in the future.
Filter purchase
They took my order and I had to wait for what felt like eternity for it to finally show up. When I called to gripe about the delay, they tried to blame it on the coronavirus, but they never bothered to give me a heads-up or any updates. They weren't too happy about my complaint and pretty much told me they didn't care if I went elsewhere, so I demanded a refund. Their whole vibe is just terrible and they seriously need to step up their game. I am definitely not going back to them again.
Pure Water Freedom
I submitted an order for a Chrome Fluoride Shower Filter W/ Massage wand however, I never received the product at my address. The filter was delivered to an incorrect random address in Michigan - the address I put down was in Maryland. Not sure how it ended up at someone's docking bay in Michigan. I attempted to contact them by phone but nobody answered. I had to resort to sending an e-mail with no feedback yet. The company essentially took my money and delivered nothing to me. I will never buy from Pure Water Freedom again.
Fluoride filter for the refrigerator
I am very disappointed with the quality of the plastic used. I have had 3 of these filters. The first two burst and nearly flooded my kitchen on two separate occasions. But they both lasted for over a year. The third burst upon installation. This company uses cheap plastic and they do not respond to customer service emails. Wouldn't buy again.
