Anti-aging serum
I am just so amazed by how well this anti-aging serum I got from this company worked. It seriously made my skin look so much better - my wrinkles were way less visible and my skin just glowed. The best part was how fast it soaked into my skin and didn't make it feel greasy at all. I've used a bunch of other products before, but this one actually did what it said it would. Men's cologne purchase
This was my first time ordering from Gift Express, and honestly, I was really impressed with the service. I got three different men's colognes for my husband as a gift. But when the package came, one of the colognes was missing. That definitely got me frustrated, so I decided to call their customer service. They told me to snap a pic of the stuff with the box and send it their way. At first, I was a bit hesitant, but they ended up replacing the missing cologne right away without any hassle. I didn't expect them to be so quick and efficient, but I gotta say, I really appreciated it. I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

Incorrect item received
I ordered this cool black jacket to step up my style game, but instead, I got this bright neon green tracksuit in the mail. Not exactly what I was aiming for, but oh well, mistakes happen. So I decided to contact customer service, and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed by how quickly they got back to me and how smoothly they sorted everything out. Aibelle was the real MVP in this situation - she handled it like a pro and got me a full refund. Huge shoutout to her!
