Recent problematic order
The customer service for my recent purchase was just terrible. I've had good experiences before, but this time was a nightmare. They didn't communicate, didn't answer my calls, and didn't seem to care about their customers at all. It's really disappointing to see a company I used to rely on mess up like this.
