5 face shields, that I never received
I ordered five face Shields 33 days ago and I have no confirmation number, or no tracking number. The first time I ordered face Shields from them they all smelled like they had been in a fire, so they sent me five more to make up for it. My second time order from was perfect. This is my third time ordering from them 33 days ago and I have not received a confirmation number or tracking number. You can't call them, or you can't email them. I have proof that I paid for them on my Visa. I took a screenshot. I'm on disability for getting extremely sick and $21.00 and some change is a lot to me. Ordered on 4/21/2020 and haven’t received tracking number for shipment. I was charged according to my bank account. Can’t call or e-mail and the live chat doesn’t work. I just want my mask or a refund. Guess I will have to call bank and get my money back. Hard to believe this company is veteran owned and the service is so terrible.

I paid for 3 DA-FB-8PACK - DA-P88031 at $24.00 each for a total paid of $83.19 which was processed on my credit card on 4/21/2020
I should have received 24 face shields, but only received 11 face shields

There is not any communication in this package about why I didn’t get 13 of the 24 face shields I paid for. I need either the 13 face shields with proof they have been shipped to me or the credit to my credit card of my money of $45.06 paid for this product not received ($83.19 paid divided by 24 face shields ordered x 13 face shields missing = $45.06).This company sucka and is using the pandemic as an excuse for their crappy business practices. Everyone has been impacted by the current situation, but this company is just shit. How much effort does it take to put crappy pieces of material from China into a bag and ship it? Worst customer service ever too with their "chat" customer service.
Unresponsive to requests for updates. Taking over a month to confirm the order.

This company absolutely sucks. Do not order from them. Easy to order and take your money though. I made one order, it got lost somewhere in the mail and miraculously appeared after I finally was able to get help via their chat service. Ok, but then I made the mistake of placing another order. That was 25 days ago. No updates, nothing. Their only contact method is via a "chat". They will disconnect the moment its closing time regardless of wether you have been helped. Also will disconnect when they think they are done dealing with you. This is the only company during this covid-19 bs that has been this pathetic. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
Hat and Face Shields Combo
Order from them months ago. Got an email with a tracking number, which ended up been untrackable, they issue another tracking number again, untrackable, by my third communication with them, they claim the numbers were a glitch in the system that one of the items was out stock, that if I choose a replacement, the order would be out within 42-72 hours. I did so, I choose a replacement. Well it has been over a week since the 72 hrs expire, no product, no tracking number and every day, I try to reach them for a refund, no one is there to answer (Phone are block and live chat, no one ever replies anymore). SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T TRUST THEM.
Why I bug them so often, well they did send and email confirmation that the order was on its way, they issue a untrackable mail number, they re-issue another untrackable number, they came with at this point unbelievable reason and still today no even the cortesy of replying nor refund me. Over 60 days since I place my order.4/23/2020
I have bought from this company twice before both times in less then a week both times my packages were delivered product is badass ,,, but this last order has yet to be delivered was sent a email saying back or ordered and no response and like other people tried calling which they once had call support yet now they have this bullshit chat that does not solve the problem yet what I don’t get they love sending me emails to buy more stuff yet they have not delivered as promised I mainly bought to give out as birthday gifts yet 3 have passed so frigging disappointed
#1250795 for 8 face shields
Purchased 8 masks easily. Waited forever for the masks, then get notified they’ll ship. Thank nice I get them all 8 were wrong and they had no idea when the 8 I ordered would be in stock because they weren’t the most popular. Bullshit they were the top 8 listed on their site. Waited 4 hours on chat to get help and tried multiple days, nothing. Then I get through and I’m told they can ship out what’s in stock now and I’ll have it shipped in 48 hours. It’s now been a week and nothing from them. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH IN ALL MY YEARS OF PURCHASING
Arm shields and face shields
I made my order in early April and it took over a month to get a shipping confirmation and recieve the order. I tried to contact customer service multiple times via email, live chat, and social media to find out what was going on and if I couod opt for a refund instead. No correspondence was ever returned until the order shipped out. When I received the order 4 of the items were wrong...completely different arm shields than the ones I ordered. The vehicle antenna package was beat up and the contents jostled as if they had been taken out and hastily shoved back in the box from a previous return. Everything was shipped in a shitty plastic bag after I paid shipping.
Face Shields
Ordered the face shields over a month ago. I got the email that they got my order and they took my money right away.... I have called, emailed, and tried to contact them through Facebook and on their Chat.... Nothing... I expect I am just out my money. I filed a complaint with the BBB.

It's been over a month can't call anyone. Never received a tracking number. The customer service ap Boots you off when its almost your time to talk to customer service. I want my masks and refund for these hassle. Quick to take your money. That's about it

Not a deal. You will never receive what you order. I received nothing. Money taken, no further communication from them other than confirming they received the order. Tried to contact for update, no reply. Special place in Hell for these people.
Hat Pack
Ordered on April 5th, basically the morning it was recommended to wear masks. I can understand orders would take longer but it's 5/14 now with no updates other than my order number. Try to contact and constantly get disconnected from live chat as I get closer in the queue. Have been ordering from Amazon this whole "pandemic" with no issues. Believe the other reviews that product is Chinese made and company is a scam.

I ordered on April 13th, it's now May 14th. I have never received a tracking number or an update. I have tried to live chat but no one ever responded I've asked them to email me an update still no response. The live chat says an agent will respond shortly but they NEVER do. Tomorrow I'll try again to at least find out something. I do not recommend this company just based on customer service. Reading the other reviews I'm assuming my order won't be correct either.

I ordered face masks a month ago. Site said it could be up to 30 days which I understood. Heard nothing so tried doing their live chat as that is the only way to get ahold of them. Site kicked me offline twice so I had to start over. My queue started in the 300s every time. Would not recommend them what so ever.

Do not buy from this place . Took over a month to get product . Then I didnt even get the right pattern or face shields . They were all substitutes except one . I do not recommend this place at all . This place is a joke . Pricing was good . You pay extra to get them faster and then get a email saying they can not guarantee you will get them on 3 to 5 days . Got a email saying they were shipped but took another 5 days before they had tracking info.
Mask
Delivery took over 2 months and when I got my order, only one of the designs that I chose came. They switched the other ones to that stupid don't tread on me design. Trying to push their agenda. Stop with the BS and just give people the product they bought. Your BS political agenda is not needed! I would never recommend this sorry company to anyone.

I placed an order back on April 18,2020. I still have not received my order or any tracking info. I continuously try to contact them and receive no response.

Seemed like a good deal was a 20 day per order.my account was charged the next day been over 2 months no way to contact this company chat that has a 2plus hour wait. Never again dont buy from them customer service SUCKS!
Shirt,mask, hat
I got an email thanking me for the order, but no further communication. Funds were taken from my bank after a few days, but no emails saying my order had shipped I tried chat after 2 weeks ,the representative said the order had shipped. 2 more weeks still nothing. No phone numbers to call, tried chat again after 60 min waiting I gave up.
