5 Face Shields
After 50 days of waiting, I finally got my face shields. I actually got what I ordered. Amazingly they were shipped shortly after starting a claim with Paypal. Maybe it was just timing, maybe not. I'll never know. However they never responded to Paypal or my emails. I ordered on April 18th. But in the end I got what I ordered.....eventually. Anyway, they never even sent me a tracking email. I have Informed Delivery and that's how I found out they've been shipped. So I got what I paid for and just wanted to let others know.
Reading through the comments seems like everyone got the wrong order. I also got the wrong order with no card stating the fact. I ordered from them before and had no problem getting the right order. Pandemic or not don't put a product up for sale if you are out of stock. And this no answering of your phones is bogus. I hate emailing companies very impersonal and very unprofessional for a company.
16 pack face shield deal
Super negative description for starters in the package there was a loving note from the company stating UNFORTUNATELY, WE HAD TO MAKE THE TOUGH DECISION TO SUBSTITUTE ONE OR MORE OF YOUR DESIGNS ,WE HAVE SENT THE MOST SIMILAR DESIGNS AS REPLACEMENTS FOR YOUR IMMEDIATE SAFETY/DELIVERY....... fml why can’t they just be a honest company and say you have 2 choices wait till we replenish our stock or we refund your money I ordered 4 western masks, 4 tough guy,2 joker 2 sided,2 tactical black,2 thin blue line , what did I receive that was similar 4 tactical black, 4 joker ,2 neon green,2 neon orange, 2 neon yellow 2 blue swirl as of 6/8/2020 we need to start a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT zthey are stealing our money and as I write this crappy experience they are still advertising on Facebook and online this company does not deserve to be in existence and to add insult to injury it won’t allow less then two Stars to rate which company which is no stars in my case
What Order???
Ordered on March 31st and now its June 7th and still nothing, talking to them online they gave me 2 tracking number and neither worked so i have no idea if it went to the wrong address. Last time trying to start a chat log I didn't even receive an email reply. They took the payment I made and I have no product, these people may be a decent company but I feel like I have been cheated, never order from them.
Masks
I ordered masks over a month ago still not a word pretty sure this is a scam! I’m calling my credit card company today to cancel, iv ordered car parts across the country and have receive them quicker.
Face shields
We'll I feel I was robbed 26 and so dollars. I can't understand why my zip code was wrong and after 45 days waiting for the order to arrive it was returned to the sender for wrong address. The costumer service is a joke, there is no phone number and I am sure the physical address mentioned here is also fake.
Don't you dare to buy from these scamming people. The only thing easy to do is order and pay. All the rest is a nightmare.

Too 6 wks which I understand due to the pandemic. We expected them to have finished edges but they are not. They are super thin and see thru. I would not buy these again as faceshields.
5 Face Shields
I ordered on April 14th and the 5 face shields came in yesterday June 1st. After reading all of these reviews I was worried if I would get what I ordered or if I would get anything at all. Surprisingly the order was correct. The face shields were what I expected for such a low price. I do not like the fact the the tops of the mask are clearly hand cut and the delivery time was horrible. For such a low price my expectations weren't too high to begin with.

Took 6 weeks to arrive...had given up trying to contact customer service....2 out of the 5 shields were the correct design...other 3 aren't even close...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this shithole company...oh and they all have SA fishing logos...so don't order from them either

Took a while to ship and all items were what I ordered but the "grey camo" looks more like blue camo. Very thin material (thought it would've been thicker). Only recieved 2 emails saying thank you for ur purchase and item is on its way
50cal antenn
everything looked great had it 2 months before mounting and then went to mount and didn't have the correct adapter .... sent them multiple multiple times and they "said they were going to send the correct one never did and in the last month have left multiple messages with them multiple places and nothing ..... customer service this isn't a number low enough quick to take your money but not to help..........
5 shield masks
This has been the worst experience I've had ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! It's been a month now since I placed my order and I haven't even received a tracking number. The service from this company is non existent. I could go on and on but just know that I warned you not to trust this company. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering.
P.S the worse part is that we are in the same state so it's a domestic order, shame on this company!APRIL 9TH
I ordered 5 masks and it took about a month to come granted Covid affecting everything I will accept delivery issues will happen but when I receive my product and 2 out five are wrong and they didnt even bother reaching out to me okay accidents happen. I wait for support chat for over 2 hours they apologize and send out replacements okay 3 weeks later I get the replacements and they are still wrong , I wait again for chat support to be told they are sold out of the ones.I wanted so why not reach out to me instead of shipping me stuff I did not order I gave up and took the loss. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I know you guys got this... Do not take orders or advertise anymore until you guys get caught up. I have got face mask from you before and it is a good company and good quality product. Do what's right quit taking money tell you can keep up with the production thanks VMFace shields and arm sleeves
The ordering process was simple enough. However, that was more than a month ago and I have received nothing. No correspondence about my order, no product. Have not been able to contact the company as the phone lines and chats are off. I did message the founder directly and waiting to see if he responds.

I've been waiting for more than 30 days....no tracking or no response...cant get a hold of no body worst customer service I've had...please dont buy from here...I already put a complaint with the bbb...hope they shut them down...or throw them in jail for taking peoples money...
Hat and face shields
Almost 2 months,...Ordered on 4-9-20 and haven't received my order! Received a tracking number 2 weeks ago that said was waiting on DHL. Now that tracking number is invalid.. Customer Service Phone lines are turned off. Nobody responds in live chat.
Good deal
Had I known that these face shields were made in China, I would have never bought them. Seeing "veteran operated", I assumed these were made here in America. I should have asked which veterans these were.

They are awful in the customer service department. They are non-existent. The chat does not work and if they do respond you have already left the chatroom. You will not get what you order. The designs will be wrong. What a waste.
5 face shields, that I never received
I ordered five face Shields 33 days ago and I have no confirmation number, or no tracking number. The first time I ordered face Shields from them they all smelled like they had been in a fire, so they sent me five more to make up for it. My second time order from was perfect. This is my third time ordering from them 33 days ago and I have not received a confirmation number or tracking number. You can't call them, or you can't email them. I have proof that I paid for them on my Visa. I took a screenshot. I'm on disability for getting extremely sick and $21.00 and some change is a lot to me. Ordered on 4/21/2020 and haven’t received tracking number for shipment. I was charged according to my bank account. Can’t call or e-mail and the live chat doesn’t work. I just want my mask or a refund. Guess I will have to call bank and get my money back. Hard to believe this company is veteran owned and the service is so terrible.
