I placed an order with the understanding there would be delay due to the pandemic. They even had an advisory of an up to 30 day delay in shipping. After 30 days I contacted them through their chat support (I had to wait hours in queue) only to be given a tracking number that didn't work and told to wait a couple days. After 4 days and 2 more days trying to use their chat support, I was given the same, not working, tracking number. I don't do business with companies that can't be bothered to at least be honest when there's a problem
face shields
Bought 2 face shields. After not hearing anything regarding order for a few weeks, I called and they said "on the way." Still took awhile to arrive, nearly 2 more weeks. ORDER WAS WRONG. I ordered 2 shields, one was supposed to be just black and I got some USA one instead. My daughter was ok with it, and I didn't want to wait several more weeks for a new one or pay to ship back. Will not buy from them again.

I love the way it looks i love to w wear it as an hat.. i don't like when they never tell me my tracking ccode an they keep ignoring me ...
5 Face Shields
I ordered 5 Face Shields in beginning of April 9th. It's now May 15th and all I've gotten is a email saying it was sent to DHL hub. They are impossible to contact to ask why the email was sent 13 days ago and still no product. Truly not worth my time.

After months, we received our order and not one face mask was any of the designs we ordered. Maybe they think every mom is excited to send their kids out with a face mask that says gangster and is a man smoking a big cigar with a gold tooth? ????????♀️ Maybe they didn’t want us missing out on that? My God. Lol. The order is correct on my item description that came in the package. ????????♀️ So maybe someone in packing can’t read? Also, these things are crap. You can see right through them, breathe right through them. This thing isn’t protecting me from the sun or any cold weather. Wish I could share my video of it. Ridiculous. Waste of money. Not even one star. As a military family, seriously disappointed in the quality and service.
buy 4 get five mask
Ordering is fast and easy. of course taking money is always easy. Getting the product (the right damn product!)is hard for the company. In fact, not only did I not get the right product I ordered- I got some hodge dodge of shit colors almost 5 weeks later! I tried to call customer service but they keep show there is a delay in chat and I am in the 99th position. some wrong here and I don't like it! I purchased from this group because they said they were veteran owned. I thought the military discipline would shine through. I was obviously wrong. Sloppy, late, and won't stand behind there shit! That is not the character I expect from former military. At this point all I want is what I ordered. Come on boys make this right!!
17th of April
Been 4 1/2 weeks since I ordered my faceshields, no tracking number, no return emails and every time I call it's says it's closed and try live chatting. Tried that they said they would get back to me, that's been 2 weeks ago, but I receive advertisements from them almost daily asking me to buy something. I don't get it.

I ordered these 30 days ago and I understand the Pandemic has hit everyone hard, but you advertise that your Chat hours have changed to accommodate all the issues and I still to this day have not received a reply back yet. The thing that really upsets me is the fact that you took the money out of my account the day after I made the purchase and don't have the decency to to send someone an email telling them what the hold up is.

Received items after 1 month of waiting and then the items were not at all the styles I had chosen. Notification within package indicates that the company wanted to send me something for protection (against Covid) rather than having me wait longer. I would rather have had honesty and communication. If you don't have the goods, then don't advertise that you do. Will not be purchasing from Alpha Defense ever again.

This is a scam company. Not made in the U.S. It’s crap from China. Product I finally received was nothing close to what I ordered. But I still see they’re offering the same misleading merch. Not happy! Funny how you can’t select less then 2 stars in the review.

I am starting to wonder if this company is legitimate. I placed an order on 4/16/20 for the buy 1 get 4 free face mask deal. Their website boasted that orders are processed and shipped in 24 hrs. Well today is 5/9/20 and nothing. I finally was able to chat with someone who was supposedly a customer service rep for SA Fishing and was told I would receive my order in 7 to 10 days and I would also receive an email by the end of the day I chatted with her with my tracking #. Well I have yet to get that either. They took the $ out of my account the moment I ordered it. Can anyone tell me if this company is just ripping people off and does anyone know any other way to actually contact a human. I am very frustrated because we are living on a tight budget due to issues going on worldwide at the moment. I really would like the masks I ordered because my fiance and I are both working through all of this and we are currently using bandanas as a protective measure. As a last resort any info on how to go about getting my money refunded would be a tremendous help. Thank you

IF (and that's a big if) it comes tomorrow it will be a full thirty days from order to delivery. Purchased because of a recommendation of a co-worker. Was sucked in by a good price and a "PROMISE" of "within 15 days.". They knew they couldn't deliver. That's fraud. Plain and simple.

Terrible Veterans Run CompanyI purchased face shields & never received.
The only positive for this company I have was the pricing. I cannot rate quality/product because I never received the product but they certainly took my money. I ordered in March, it is May and I have not even received a tracking number. I have been trying to contact this company for weeks. The only way to contact at this time is via Live chat and that is deplorable. All I wanted to know was the status of my order or to get a refund and that is not even possible. I was #2 in the que to possibly chat with someone this morning and oh the excitement I had. Right when I dropped to the next in line the chat said I had to reconnect and it dropped my all the way to 99 in the que. I am absolutely LIVID. I have absolutely NOTHING nice to say about this company, more specifically their CUSTOMER SERVICE if that is what you want to call it. I would definitely not recommend this company.
The price is so cheap because their products are made in China! Bunch of crap. I will never buy again.

I was very upset with the amount time it took for the package to be delivered. I can understand delays if the delivery schedule is updated. I take half the blame as well because of our current environment. I'm sure if this was last year I would have received my package within a week. I ranked service low due to the lack of communication from my inquiry. Delivery as well because it seemed my package had spent two weeks in Hebron, Ky with no activity or update.
With that said . . . I will shop with them again. =)What purchase?

Took my money right away with an e-mail saying they are processing my order. I ordered 4-18-20. Have not received a shipping confirmation not have I been able to get ahold of anybody. I tried to e-mail and the guy on the answering machine mumbles the e-mail address not once but twice. I try to leave a message for customer service and it states the mailbox is full and then hangs up on me. WORST COMPANY OUT THERE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE,NOT 1 CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!! THEY GOT MY MONEY AND I GOT NOTHING. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! LESSON LEARNED I GUESS.gaiter scarves
Ordered on 4/14 and received confirmation. That's all i ever received from them. This is a scam!! I filed a BBB complaint.

PATIENCE :
I placed my order on 3/28/20, on 3/30/20, the amount for the order was withdrawn from my account and on this same day I recieved an email stating they were experiencing delays in shipping times by 72 hours due to the COVID-19 and to contact them via LIVE CHAT for any questions.
Then again on 4/2/20 I received another email regarding my order to wait patiently and that my tracking number should take up to 10 days to process.
4/4/20 an email was sent to me from Alpha Gear stating orders were now being packed 24hrs a day and that any orders that were placed at the end of March should be shipped within the next 7-10 buisness days.
I have attempted to reach someone on 4/17/20 and 4/21/20 and 4/30/20 and LIVE CHAT is un-reachable every time.
Today is May 6th and I have still yet to recieve a tracking number via my email or any package delivered from this Company.
How long is to long to wait?48 masks

100 face shields
WOW - i placed my order on 4-18-20 and still nothing. I have reached out several times and no luck getting through. I really needed these masks for my workers to continue working. i knew it would be about 2 weeks, but still nothing. No excuse whatsoever. I ordered through SA before and they were legit, at least they provide tracking information on the 2 week turn around they had.
I wanted to support a "Veteran" owned company, but really turned out to be a joke. At the very least - communicate with your customer and talk about the delay, just don't leave me hanging,
