Order placed on April 15
I placed my order back on April 15th and I was really looking forward to getting my stuff. But it's been so long and I still don't have a tracking number! I've sent tons of emails and haven't heard a peep back. Then I tried to chat with them online, only to get some lame message about how swamped they are with orders. And when I called, their office was closed. Such a letdown! Their customer service is just awful. I don't care if they're owned by veterans or not, I won't be buying from them again!

Laptop purchase
I got this laptop from a store and man, it was a mess. I thought signing up for their CCS program would be great for some extra money, but nope! They said no to me even though I gave them everything they needed. And then they hit me with those annoying late fees. I was so let down by their service that I'm never going back to them.
