Tactical backpack
I bought a tactical backpack from this company not too long ago. Sadly, I didn't have a good time dealing with their customer service and communication. After I placed my order, I didn't get any updates or tracking info for weeks. I tried reaching out through their "Chat" option on the website, but the responses I got were not helpful and the promises of assistance were not kept. It was annoying to get several spam emails pushing me to buy more stuff when I hadn't even gotten the item I ordered in the first place. Overall, my experience with this company was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.
