I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now, and I've always loved their top-notch products and service. But, I gotta say, my most recent experience has been really disappointing. I placed an order for some supplements, got charged on my credit card, but it's been 10 days and still no sign of my products. I've tried reaching out for info on when they'll ship, but nothing. This lack of communication and the delay makes me think maybe they're going through some money troubles. I've always believed in their quick service, but now I'm not sure if I wanna keep buying from them in the future.

Unplayable game, server issues, no refund
I bought a game from this company not too long ago and man, was I let down. The game was a total dud because the servers kept crashing on me - seriously, I got booted out five times in just the first 10 minutes of trying to play. I tried hitting up customer service to get my money back, but it was a total bust. They couldn't help me out at all and I just kept getting the runaround. It's so aggravating to drop cash on something that doesn't even do what it's supposed to and then get stuck with garbage service on top of it.
