    Heat-saving and sound-reducing curtains

    These curtains are amazing! We have an old house from the 1930s with a unique front door that we didn't want to replace because it faces a busy street. The street lights and noise used to bother us all the time, but ever since we put up these curtains, it's been so much better. They really block out the noise and light, and they also help keep our living room at a nice temperature. Plus, they look fantastic! The quality is great, and the price was very reasonable. I don't think I could have made curtains this good for the same price. I'm really happy we decided to get them.

    I had a really bad experience with this online store. I placed an order more than a week ago and still haven't gotten any updates on when it will be shipped or any tracking info. The lack of communication has made me feel really frustrated and like they don't care about me as a customer. After seeing other people's reviews, it seems like I might not even get my order at all, or it will take forever. This lack of honesty and dependability is not okay for an online store, so I won't be buying from them again.

    Vintage-style wall clock

    I bought a vintage-style wall clock from this company and I gotta say, I was really let down by the product quality. The clock came all messed up with scratches on the frame and the hands barely hanging on. And let me tell you, the customer service was no better - slow to respond and didn't even apologize for the mess. Even though the prices were good, I wouldn't suggest buying anything for your home from this place if you want something nice.

    Subscription cancellation difficulty

    I had the worst time trying to cancel my subscription recently. The company made it so hard for me to switch my payment method and actually cancel. Even after I showed them emails proving I wanted to cancel, they said they already sent out my item and took the money from my account right away. It's so wrong and not fair at all. I definitely wouldn't suggest their subscription service to anyone.

    Hearing device purchase

    I got these hearing aids back in May 2023 and let me tell you, after using them for 8 months, they've really improved my hearing. My left ear was worse than my right, but thanks to the Smart Phone app, I was able to tweak the settings for each ear separately. Being able to change the volume and tone has been a game-changer, especially in dodging that annoying feedback and squeal I used to get with other devices. All in all, after using them for almost a year now, I'm still sure that these hearing aids were the best decision for me.

    I've been wearing contacts for most of my life, and I have to say, these colored contact lenses are really amazing. The colors are so vibrant, even on dark eyes, it's like nothing I've seen before. And they're not just pretty, they're super comfy too, which makes wearing them every day a breeze.     Therapist 5 stars, Nurse Practitioners 1 star

    Man, let me tell you about my therapist at that place - they were seriously sent from above, like an angel. They really got me through some super tough times. But then there were the nurse practitioners, ugh. They just didn't seem to have a clue, especially when it came to dealing with ADHD. I remember one time I asked them for help and they totally gave me the wrong answer. And don't even get me started on the meds they had me on, it was rough. They made me feel awful, like I was stuck in a deep, dark pit. When I told them it wasn't working for me, they just brushed it off like it was no biggie. Like seriously, why even give me something that you know is terrible for most people? And on top of all that, my nurse practitioner kept changing so often that I never got the right meds I needed to actually start feeling better.
