My recent experience with the customer service and online shopping at this store was really disappointing. I had a bunch of problems with their warranty process and the whole online shopping experience just didn't cut it for me. Even though they say they'll back up their products, trying to get a defective item replaced was a real pain. So, I won't be thinking about buying from them again anytime soon.

Mother's necklace purchase
I just bought a mother's necklace for my wife as a gift, but man, was I let down by the quality. The necklace looked shoddy, with the holes way too big and the stones way too tiny. As soon as my wife started wearing it, the stones started dropping out, which really bummed us out. We tried putting them back in, but they kept falling out because the holes were too small. Bottom line, the product seemed cheaply made and I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from this company.
