Duvet set
I received the duvet set I ordered today and I'm really disappointed because it looks so ugly! I sent an email to customer support along with my order number and a photo comparing what I got versus what I actually ordered. I tried calling customer service twice, but no one picked up. I even checked my spam folder for any response, but still nothing. I'm so frustrated that I'm considering stopping my payment and complaining to the BBB.

I ordered some cigars from this website not too long ago. The delivery ended up taking longer than I thought it would, so I had to contact them to ask what was up. The customer service person I talked to wasn't all that helpful, and then I had to wait even longer for my order to actually go through. Finally, my cigars showed up, but overall, the whole thing was pretty annoying.
