Groceries, household items
The ordering process was super easy and simple to follow. I found everything I needed in no time. Unfortunately, some things were out of stock when I went to grab my order. The service was okay, but I wish the staff had been a bit more on the ball. Prices were fair, but some items seemed pricier than at other places. My delivery came on time, but a couple things were missing from my order.

Damaged shoes
I bought these shoes from this company not long ago, but when they arrived, they were all beat up and looked cheap. I tried talking to customer service about getting my money back, but they straight up ignored me. It was so annoying and I felt pretty let down that they wouldn't even respond. I'd tell everyone to steer clear of this place because their customer service is nonexistent and they don't even follow their own return policy.

Wrong size shoes
I am really frustrated with the customer service at this store. I bought two pairs of shoes, but they were both the wrong size. When I tried to return them for a refund and get the right size, they wouldn't help me at all. I even reached out to Lorena at the Madison Ave. store, but she wasn't able to assist me either. How can a company expect to keep customers if they can't take care of them? I would have been happy to reorder from them if they had just processed my return. Now I'm stuck with two pairs of shoes that don't fit. I just want this all sorted out so I can either get the right size or my money back.

Air pistol purchase
The customer service was fantastic. I had some trouble finishing my order for an air pistol and thought it was my Paypal account causing the issue. I contacted AGD for help and they got back to me quickly, saying they would help me out. Within a day, they sent me a link to finish my purchase, which I had struggled with twice already. Thanks to them, I was able to buy the air pistol successfully! I'm really pleased with their help. Good job, AGD!

Easy shipping options
I really liked how easy it was to use the shipping service, especially when you compare it to other sites like USPS. Having different shipping options was super convenient, and having a postage printer on our end was a game-changer. It would be cool if the country automatically filled in for saved addresses, but it's not a big deal and won't stop us from using the service.

The clothes look stylish, but they're just way overpriced for what you're actually getting. The fit is all over the place, and the material feels really cheap. Definitely not worth the money.

Delayed order shipment
I placed an order on the website a few days ago and I'm having trouble getting my confirmation email and tracking info. I emailed customer service twice but haven't heard back from them yet. It's been 3 days already and I'm getting worried about not knowing what's going on with my order. I really hope they step up their customer service game and sort this out soon.
