Rat & Mouse Repellers (high frequency sound)
I recently got the Rat & Mouse Repellers from Electrical World, and at first, I was happy with them. However, after a few days, they stopped working. I was pretty bummed out, but I decided to contact Electrical World's customer service. It turned out they were quick to offer me a refund or replacement without any issues. The people I talked to through email were really helpful and understanding. I'm glad to say that the new items they sent are working great, and I'm happy with how everything turned out with Electrical World. They've definitely won me over as a customer, and I wouldn't think twice about recommending them to others.
