The customer service over at this store is top-notch. I had bought a pair of pants that were the wrong length and ended up having to get them altered because I needed them for my granddaughter's christening. Zak, the customer experience specialist, really came through for me. He understood the urgency of the situation and was quick to help out. He even gave me a voucher to cover the cost of the alterations, which I really appreciated. Zak's personalized and quick response to my issue left a great impression on me.

Serums and creams
I just bought a serum and cream from Skin Beauty, and I have to say I am really impressed with how good they are. The serum sank into my skin nicely, making it feel hydrated and refreshed. The cream felt great and kept my skin moisturized all day long. I've seen a big difference in how my skin looks since using these products. I definitely suggest Skin Beauty to anyone who wants good skincare products.

Cute but low-quality items
I'm so annoyed with all the cute clothes this company has, then finding out they're all made in China with not-so-great quality. It stinks to spend money on these pieces only to have them fall apart after a few wears. Plus, trying to return stuff is a pain and expensive, if you can even do it at all. They should really focus on making better quality stuff, even if it costs more. People would rather pay extra for clothes that are well-made and will last.

Modern-themed website template
This website template is awesome, no doubt about it. But man, I gotta admit, it's been a total nightmare trying to get it to work right. I used to be into computer science, back in the day, but I'm seriously struggling with this thing. It's taking forever and it's just so dang frustrating. The final product might be amazing, but unless you're a coding whiz, I'd recommend steering clear of this template. It's a shame, 'cause it could really be something special.

Leggings and sports bra
The shipping was so slow, oh my goodness. It felt like I was growing old waiting for my stuff to arrive. And to top it off, my order came in two separate parts for some reason. One piece took forever to show up, way past when they said it would be here. And don't even get me started on their sales - they're a joke! They never have anything in the sizes I need in stock. The customer service has really gone downhill, I'm not impressed one bit.

Exploring my family history was even better with all the photos I found. It really felt like I left no stone unturned. My only complaint is there wasn't a good way to give tips to the person helping me out. It could have made things easier for them.
