My recent purchase
I’m so bummed that my favorite crafting website is closing. I had such a blast taking classes with awesome teachers, even though it just won’t be the same without them. The subscriptions were a steal, and I really hope they figure out a way to keep all those awesome classes available.
I always had great experiences with their customer service, not sure why some people had issues. Maybe just a stroke of bad luck for them?
When it comes to sewing, quilting, and knitting, this site was top-notch. Can’t speak for other crafts since I didn’t try them, but I had a blast and learned a ton.
I wish they could move the classes to YouTube like Midnight Quilter. I gained so much knowledge from Craftsy and Bluprint, and I was really looking forward to learning more. Such a bummer that they’re closing down.

Towel purchase with frayed selvedge
A year back, I bought some bath towels from this company. Unfortunately, one of the towels started fraying at the edges. I reached out to customer service about this issue. They told me I didn't need to show any proof and quickly sent me a replacement. But when it came to bigger items, like parts for an umbrella, the customer service was not up to par. Most of the time, the folks on the line seemed hesitant to deal with anything complex and kind of brushed me off. However, I recently chatted with a rep named Cana who was super helpful. She took the time to look into my purchase and promised to get back to me about the parts I need. Still waiting to hear from them though. It seems the customer service at Frontgate can be hit or miss – some reps are on it, while others aren't keen on dealing with tough matters. One drawback of Frontgate is that they don't make their own products, just sell them at a high price. They talk about quality and uniqueness but don't always back it up. If you're thinking about buying from Frontgate, make sure you're ready for any potential problems that might pop up. Just something to keep in mind.

Helpful content, convenient program, interactive yet respectful of privacy, diverse activity options
I've been really happy with using this program. The information it gives is super helpful and interesting, and I like how easy it is to use. The interactive parts make it fun, but what I really like is how much they respect privacy - no pesky ads or notifications interrupting. Plus, I enjoy all the different choices, especially the support groups where I can pick activities that fit my schedule and needs.
