I recently bought the Smoktech Guardian Epipe Mod II from your store. But, when I got it, I was bummed to see that both the box and the product looked used and worn. The box was even missing the instructions and the packaging was sloppy. I was really excited about getting this, but the item's condition was just not good enough.
Got a pack of coils for my vape
I got these coils for my vape, but when I tried to use them, none of them worked! I was really looking forward to trying them but they all turned out to be duds. I even contacted customer service, but I never heard back from them. I'm really disappointed about the whole situation.
Pod system purchase
My experience with this online store was pretty frustrating. I got an email confirming my purchase really quickly, but it took a whole 5 weeks for my package to actually get to me. I was kind of let down by the lack of updates during that time and the customer service wasn't great. But hey, at least the product was legit and what I ordered. If you need something fast, I wouldn't suggest shopping here because the delivery takes forever. Even with all that, I might think about buying from them again in the future, but I'll know to expect it to take 6-8 weeks for my stuff to show up.
Awesome stuff
I was honestly a little nervous about ordering because of all the negative reviews, but I gotta say, they were so nice and helpful, answering all my questions. I ended up getting an awesome mod, tank, coils, charger, and batteries, and let me tell you, it was well worth the investment. It did take a little longer to arrive because of the regulations in my country, but hey, good things come to those who wait! And if you run into any problems, just hang in there and give them some time to sort it out – they're really trying their best in this chaotic period.
Replacement device purchase
When I first considered ordering from this place instead of straight from the manufacturer, I was a bit hesitant. But I had to get a new device, so I thought, why not give it a shot? The process of ordering was easy and my package arrived fast. Unfortunately, the new device I got was faulty right from the start. I dreaded the idea of dealing with getting it fixed, especially since it was during Chinese New Year. However, to my surprise, SMOKSTORE helped me out even during their holiday and sent a replacement quickly. Their customer service was really great, and I'm super happy with how everything turned out. I'll definitely be coming back to shop with them and recommend it to others too.
Drip tips for tank
I ordered some drip tips for my tank, but when the package came, there was nothing in it! I was really disappointed and reached out to customer service, but they weren't helpful at all. They kept saying they sent the item and even suggested it fell out during shipping. They said they'd send a replacement, but then stopped replying to my emails. It's so annoying!
Vaping device
I just got back into vaping and was on the lookout for a specific device that caught my eye. I found it on this website and despite some reviews making me a bit nervous, I still went for it and placed my order. The shipping did take a bit longer than I hoped, about a couple of weeks. But when the device finally arrived, it was in perfect shape and sealed up in its original packaging. The brand security label was on point and my card had no issues post-ordering. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase from this shop.
Pod system
I just bought a pod system from this online shop and got a little annoyed because it took forever to show up. With everything going on right now, it makes sense why it was delayed. But guess what? When my pods finally got here yesterday, I was actually impressed. Even though it took a while, I gotta give props to the folks running this store - they're legit. Looks like they're putting in the effort to get orders out, so I gotta give them credit for that.
Smok RPM40 (twice!)
No shipping notification, no tracking number, no product. No response via email. This place is a scam. Beware!
Coils
Completed my purchase got no order number have sent 3 emails to them and they will not respond. Contacting my credit card to dispute the charges. Don't do business with this company!

I ordered on 2/13 and there is still no status of shipment as of today 3/8. Will never order here again, if I ever get my order at all…

ordered products and got them several weeks later two items were wrong but the costumer service quickly resolved issue and sent corect items no hasel and its all good so that gives them a thumbs up in my book

took 3 months To get my package and they stoped replying to my emails after a while when I was asking about them wouldn’t shop here it takes way to long to get your items even for the price
Mag p3 and coils
Took over a month to send, paid shipping and handling. Got a 60$ bill from fed ex for shipping of the product and Smok would NOT Pay it. Said it's not their problem. DO NOT BUY FROM SMOK ONLINE.
Novo 2 Pods
I ordered on 3/26. They claimed to ship on 4/5 but today is 4/30 and my package has not been shipped. I emailed three times from 4/15 to 4/27 before I got a reply stating they couldn't find it and are resending. Joke of a company.
2 Kylin tanks
The ordering of it was easy as it can get since all online ordering is about the same, however once you have paid kiss you sweet money good bye being as you will not hear from them again. Only way to contact them is by email that they will not respond to. Sent a simple question of what is my tracking number 2 weeks ago and still no response. You would think that would be simple, guess that is too much to ask for. Here it is 30 days later no product and no communication from them still. Bad Bad Business!!! Stay away.
