Average experience
I had a pretty mediocre experience shopping at this online fashion store. It was just meh, nothing too special or worth mentioning. The prices and promotions were okay, nothing really caught my eye. I can't really say I had any complaints, but it wasn't something that blew me away either.

Future Renew No7 products
I've been trying out some other stuff, but then I saw a commercial for Future Renew No7 and figured, why not give them a shot. The website was so easy to navigate and had a bunch of useful videos that really helped me feel good about ordering online instead of hitting up a store. I'll definitely keep you posted on how these new products are working out for me once I give them a go!

Wrong registry item received
This whole situation is just ridiculous! I picked out something from my wedding registry and not only did I get the wrong thing, but it happened twice! I finally contacted customer service for the third time and they said they would fix it, but then they disappeared on me. No replies, no updates, just radio silence. I had to bug them for days with more emails just to be ignored. This lack of competence and communication is so aggravating and totally kills the excitement of what should be a happy time.

I really love the PJ top I got from this company. It's so soft and comfy, definitely my new favorite nightshirt. I'm already thinking about getting more because I just love it that much. Ordering was easy and my package arrived right on schedule with no problems. Even though the prices are a little high, I think the quality of the product makes it totally worth it.
