First order, apprehensive, smooth process, competitive pricing, great watch
I was kinda nervous about ordering from this company at first because I saw some bad reviews, but it turned out to be a pretty good experience. The ordering process was easy to follow, and I didn't have any problems with paying or checking out. They kept me updated on the status of my order so I didn't have to stress about it getting here. When my watch finally arrived, it was just like they said - brand new and in mint condition. The price was fair compared to other places, so I feel like I got a good deal for what I got. I ordered these weeks ago and they promised it would be here fast, but it's been stuck in processing forever. I tried reaching out to customer service for help because their site says they'd get back to me within 24 hours, but I haven't heard anything yet. Honestly, I'm thinking about just canceling my order because they're not communicating with me and my stuff still hasn't shipped.

Recent pet food purchase
