    Jumpsuit and Jacket

    I tried ordering some clothes and accessories from this company that supposedly makes custom-designed stuff for women, but man, was I disappointed. The jumpsuit I got looked nothing like the picture on their website - the fabric was super cheap, the stitching was all wonky, and it didn't even fit right. And let's not even talk about the jacket I bought - it seriously looked like something you'd find on a clearance rack at a sketchy flea market. I was really let down by the quality of everything I received, it was definitely not what I was hoping for.

    Refinancing student loans

    When I refinanced my student loans with this company, it made a huge difference for me. I got a lower fixed interest rate, combined my private and federal loans, and did everything right from my phone. The customer service team was super helpful and knew their stuff. They walked me through each part of the process and always got back to me quickly with answers to my questions. Because of LendKey, I cut my repayment timeframe by 5 years and saved a lot of money in the end. I definitely suggest this service to anyone who wants to make their student loan payments easier and cheaper.

    Food and wormer

    I recently bought some food and wormer from Pet Supermarket, but I gotta say, I was pretty let down by their delivery service. I placed my order on December 15th and was expecting to get it by the 23rd. Well, that didn't happen, so I reached out to their customer service team. They told me my order was on hold because I didn't give them the right weight for the wormer I ordered. They said they emailed me about it on the 17th, but I couldn't find any email from them.
    So, I took the wormer out of my order to just get the food faster, but then they couldn't even give me an estimate of when it would arrive. This isn't the first time I've had issues with their delivery - in a previous order, both Pet Supermarket and the delivery company, Yodel, were pointing fingers at each other. The lack of efficiency and transparency in their delivery process is disappointing, and it's definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. It's not cool to keep customers in the dark about their orders, especially when it's stuff for their pets. Sadly, I won't be using their services again.

    4 flags mistakenly turned into 4 12-packs of flags

    We actually made a mistake and bought 4 flags for jazzing up our event tent, but we ended up with 4 packs of 12 flags each. The website really needs to be more clear about what they're selling to avoid mix-ups like this. Despite the confusion, we're planning to give away the extra flags to new members at our event happening on Feb. 23rd. Also, that 10% discount on new orders was a nice surprise, so we definitely appreciate that.
