Pellet smoker purchase
I recently tried to buy a pellet smoker, but it was a letdown. I ordered one and was told it was sent out, but the tracking number they gave me didn't work. I contacted customer support a few times, and they were nice, but they never followed through on checking into the problem like they said they would. After trying three times with no solution, I decided to cancel my order since the smoker still hadn't shown up by the delivery date they gave me. Dealing with all of that was super annoying and made me think the company's customer service needs major improvement.

Online order with express delivery
The ordering process was easy, so I chose express delivery to get my stuff fast. But, the delivery time on the DHL app was different from the website. I emailed customer service twice about this but got no response. It's frustrating not hearing back and it makes me unhappy with the service. It's been 4 days and still no reply, messing up my summer plans.

Defective coffee maker purchase
I recently bought a coffee maker from this store and unfortunately, it had a leak when it arrived, so I couldn't even use it. When I tried to return it, they said no because I was apparently just four days past the return time. I got it on 2/24 and got it five days later, and I opened it on 3/15 since it was a birthday present. How was I supposed to know it was broken before that? Even going by the delivery date, I was still in the return timeframe. They totally ignored me and my customer loyalty - I've been shopping there for years. This store has the worst customer service and rules I've come across. Don't waste your money, buy from somewhere else.

Man, let me tell you, Graduation Mall really needs to step up their shipping game. I recently ordered some graduation accessories and was shocked at how much they charged me for shipping. I mean, $179.99 for a 7 lb package that took 3 days to get here? That's just crazy! As a customer, I expect a fair price for shipping, not to get ripped off. I was satisfied with my products, but that shipping fee was way too high. So, just a heads up, make sure you check those shipping costs before buying from here.
