I first saw these on the company website after a colleague suggested them for our police awards. Ordering was straightforward. They sent a proof and it matched exactly, actually looked a touch better in person. Quality is solid and the holders look professional. Packaging was neat and nothing was damaged. The matte finish was nicer than the photos suggested. Delivery took about three weeks, which was fine but a bit slow. Price was reasonable for what you get, so I’d order again.
Robe saga — maybe a happy ending?
I sent back a graduation robe that was way too big and watched the USPS tracking like it was a Netflix show. It showed delivered weeks ago, and at first I got the usual auto-replies — crickets on the phone — so I was ready to write them off. Honestly, I was annoyed, pacing, thinking "great, now what?" Then I followed up one more time, a real person finally answered, and they sorted an exchange/refund after a bit of back-and-forth. Took too long, but the new gown arrived in time for the ceremony. Not perfect, and communication could be a lot better, but happy I pushed enough to get it fixed.
Practicing in my gown made me smile
I almost left it until the last minute, but glad I didn't — wearing this doctoral gown around the house while practicing my speech made me grin like an idiot. The velvet front feels rich without being heavy, and the custom embroidery actually popped in photos. The gold piping ties the whole thing together and the hood sits nicely on my shoulders during rehearsals and ceremonies. It's comfortable enough to wear for an hour-plus, though there's a tiny loose thread inside the seam and the lining creased in the box. Ordering took a bit longer than I hoped, but honestly it was worth it. My supervisor asked where I got it — that's high praise. Definitely recommend.
Velvet colors off, buyer beware
it didn't. I needed specific velvet shades for my graduation hood (had one bad supplier already, so I was nervous), and the swatches on the site looked okay. My hesitation beforehand was real — mixed reviews, overseas retailer — but I went ahead. The colors I got were just... not the same. Not even close. Customer emails bounced back and forth in awkward English, some apologies, then a shrug of "nothing we can do." Packaging and delivery were fine, so there was a little relief there, but I felt like they just picked something from a random bin. Part of me wanted to believe they'd fix it; they didn't. Lesson learned: double-check everything, ask for photos, be ready to push.
Nice concept, rough delivery
I spotted these earbuds on Instagram because a colleague showed me hers — looked sleek, so I ordered. The case and buds look and feel lightweight, kind of plasticky but comfortable for short use; the tips don't seal perfectly in my ears so bass is weak and calls sometimes sound distant. For casual podcasts they're fine, but if you like punchy music or long wear they start to annoy (minor soreness after an hour). Shipping was slow — they came from overseas and took way longer than the listing promised, which was annoying. Customer support was slow to respond and mostly pushed emails back and forth without solving anything, so that part felt clumsy. If you want something cheap to try, okay, but don’t expect premium fit or fast delivery. A coworker tipped me, so I bought into the hype.
Wrong color, zero replies
no reply for days until finally they answered and just refused a return or refund. They said it was past their refund window, even though I’d been trying to reach them the whole time. It’s frustrating because I’ve had returns handled cleanly by other companies before, so this felt oddly sloppy. On the plus side, I did get replacements from another vendor who actually fixed it fast and the color was right — that was a surprise and honestly saved the day. Overall the lack of response and the refusal to help is the main problem. If you care about quick, decent customer service I wouldn’t use them.
Almost there, but not quite
I’m pacing around the house because my graduation was days away and I needed a hood that actually matched my school colors. I was excited when the site said it was in stock and I paid extra for 2–3 day shipping. At first I felt confident. Then it didn’t show up. I called and they seemed nice enough, promised it would arrive by Friday and that tracking would be sent. Tracking popped up saying delivery would be Monday. Big sigh. When the package finally arrived it wasn’t the color combo I picked. That part was frustrating. On the plus side the fabric felt decent and the hood draped nicely — comfortable, not stiff, and it looked alright on once I put it on, even if the colors were off. Customer rep offered a partial refund which I appreciated as a gesture, though it didn’t fully fix the timing problem for me. I ended up disputing the charge because I needed a full solution. If you need something last minute, beware — but if you order early and can accept a possible hiccup, the product itself feels okay.
Cap-and-gown headache
I ended up with the gown I needed, but this company made it way more stressful than it had to be. We first heard about them from our daughter’s preschool (they sent an order link), and because there was a cutoff date I ordered well before it. For a couple of weeks the order sat at “processing” — nothing, nada. I emailed, and they replied that the item was out of stock and might be back in early May, maybe, no promises (great timing for a Pre-K graduation, right?). The school told me other parents were having the same issue and many just ordered off Amazon instead. I followed that lead and, weirdly, found the identical cap and gown from the same brand on Amazon in the correct size. Ordered Wednesday, on our doorstep Friday. Crisis averted. I contacted the original company to cancel and explained why; they said too late — they’d “rushed” the supplier and the original order was already en route. Fine, except now nobody answers the phone (it always says the person you’re trying to reach is unavailable) and emails only get replies late at night if at all. I’m stuck with two gowns and a return process that feels nonexistent. The product itself? Totally fine — looks like what we needed. The experience? Clunky, inconsistent communication, and not very customer-friendly. So yeah, it worked out in the end but only because I went shopping elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend relying on them if you’re on a deadline; plan B is a must.
Cap and Gown purchase
I was really let down by my experience with Graduation Mall. Their customer service was terrible - slow to respond and not helpful at all. The shipping costs were way too high, and their instructions were really confusing. It seemed like they were just trying to make money off the fact that schools need graduation outfits. I suggest looking for a different company for a more positive experience.
Graduation accessories
Man, let me tell you, Graduation Mall really needs to step up their shipping game. I recently ordered some graduation accessories and was shocked at how much they charged me for shipping. I mean, $179.99 for a 7 lb package that took 3 days to get here? That's just crazy! As a customer, I expect a fair price for shipping, not to get ripped off. I was satisfied with my products, but that shipping fee was way too high. So, just a heads up, make sure you check those shipping costs before buying from here.
