Paints/ dress/ tops September 29, 2020

I have been very very frustrated with the customer service and return and exchange at this people!
I purchased several things and spent hundreds of dollars and I can’t get my money back or a call back from the person that is handling the returns. And also the are not honest about receiving your return package back. They told me it was in transit and they did not have the package for two weeks and UPS confirmed that it was delivered to the warehouse as expected. Also an other order they never sent the item. I had to call and figured out that they charged it but it was out of stock and they told me it was never charged.
And the one girl that at the costumer service never answers the phone. Almost like she avoids you !
