Terrible shipping experience
Hey there, guys. So I placed an order and they told me it would be shipped in 2 days. But then, surprise surprise, they changed the shipping date on me out of nowhere! I was really upset, so I canceled my order on the spot. Can you believe they said it was already shipped when I tried to cancel? It was such a hassle. But then, they sent me another notification saying it was shipped just like they promised. What a disaster! I decided to reject the delivery because I'm not dealing with this nonsense. Not happening, no sir.

Santa bedding purchase
I wasn't too sure about this website, so I decided to give them a call before making a purchase. The lady who answered the phone seemed really rushed and wasn't very nice to me at all. It was pretty clear she didn't really want to help me out. She took down my number and told me someone would call me back, but surprise, surprise, that call never came. Anyway, I went ahead and bought the Santa bedding online. Shipping was pretty normal, it took about a week to get from the east coast to my west coast house. The bedding itself was just okay, nothing too special. I might consider shopping here again if the prices are super competitive, but if not, I'll probably just head somewhere else because the customer service was seriously lacking.

I've been a loyal customer of this company for years and I've always been happy with the delicious, fresh, and healthy wild-caught seafood they provide. From salmon to lobster, soups, fresh berries, and seasonings, every product I've tried has been exceptional. I also really appreciate their packaging recycling program, it's a great initiative that allows for the food to be shipped frozen without creating a ton of waste. The recent acquisition of this company by another entity has me a little worried, I hope the new owners will keep up the high standards and quality that Vital Choice has always been known for.

Refrigerator water filters
I bought two refrigerator water filters from this company back in January. The first one I put in with no problems, but the second one had an issue - the o-ring was messed up and it started leaking. I knew it was a defect, so I contacted the company for help. But they told me my warranty had already expired, and they wouldn't help me out. I was really let down by their lack of customer service. I wouldn't suggest buying from them if you care about getting good customer support and having a company stand behind what they sell.

Locket purchase for granddaughter
I got my granddaughter a locket right before Christmas, toward the end of November. I wanted to give her something really special, so I went ahead and ordered a locket with her picture inside. It was super easy to do, I just uploaded the photo online. The folks at the store were really nice and willing to help me out with anything I needed. When the locket came in, it looked amazing. My granddaughter absolutely loved it, she wears it almost every day now. It did take a little longer than I thought to get to me, but I figured it was because they were making it just right. I reached out to ask about the delivery time, and they got back to me quickly and said it would make it in time for Christmas. And it did! I had a really good experience with this purchase, so I'd definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for something special.

Two-day shipping delay
My experience with RepairClinic was really disappointing. I paid extra for two-day shipping, but it ended up taking four days to arrive - and that included a Sunday and a holiday. I reached out by email to ask about the delay, but all I got back were excuses about the holiday. Turns out they were using ground shipping while making me pay for two-day delivery. The whole lack of transparency and the poor communication just left me feeling so frustrated and unsatisfied. Now I'm trying to get a refund through my credit card company. Honestly, I strongly recommend against buying from this company to save yourself from the same headaches I dealt with. And now I'm worried about the quality of the part I got - not even sure if it's gonna work right.

I was annoyed so I tried again a third time, only to be told it was too late to return. The lack of communication and customer service was super frustrating, especially since I've spent a lot of money on their products before. Travelzoo always comes through with great deals, and we've never been let down. Their offers are so amazing that they go fast, but it's no wonder why. Just last week, we snagged a room at the Sudbury Mill Hotel through Travelzoo, and it was absolutely fantastic - really left us feeling inspired.

Custom name necklace with stones
Oh my gosh, you guys. I am so excited about this new necklace I got. It's got my name and these sparkly stones on it and it looks absolutely amazing! The customer service folks were super friendly and made sure my special request was just how I wanted it. It did take a bit longer to arrive, but it came all the way from another country, so no big deal. I will definitely be getting more stuff from them in the future, no doubt about it!
