I bought this software a few months back, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer for me. I've made several slideshows that my loved ones just can't get enough of. The layout is straightforward, making it a breeze to create stunning slideshows with music, cool transitions, and animations.

2 ill-fitting pairs of pants
I bought 2 pairs of pants from your store recently, but they didn't fit right. Sadly, there wasn't an order number in the package, so it was tricky to send them back. When I asked customer service for help, they said they'd get back to me in 4 business days. But it actually took 6 days for me to hear back, and by then it was too late to return the pants. Overall, I was pretty let down by the whole thing and it's made me think twice about shopping at your store again.

Certificate Course Purchase
I bought this course expecting a lot, but honestly, it was pretty disappointing. Most of the stuff they taught was things I already knew. I had to teach myself a bunch of things they didn't cover. I only signed up for this course because they said I'd get a certificate at the end that would impress potential bosses. But it's been taking forever to get that certificate, and I'm starting to get really annoyed.

Running shoes
I recently bought a pair of running shoes from this store. Gotta say, the shoes are solid in terms of quality, but the whole buying experience was pretty frustrating for me. I was on the fence about getting them because of the delivery and return costs. It's just irritating having to pay for delivery whether you pick it up in-store or have it shipped to your place. Plus, if the shoes don't fit right or you change your mind, you're stuck with that same hefty fee for returns. And to top it off, there's no option to return stuff to the store if you got it online. That policy is just plain disappointing and inconvenient for customers like me.

I recently purchased face masks and hand sanitizers from a store that was awesome! The face masks were so comfortable and the hand sanitizer smelled like candy! There were so many options to choose from that I had a tough time making a decision. The staff was really friendly and helped me pick out the perfect ones. They even shared some tips on staying healthy and safe during these crazy times. I will definitely be returning for more items in the future!

I recently bought a new helmet for my bike and was really pumped to get it. But bummed out because it didn't show up after waiting for 5 days. Turns out, the moto season starting caused some delays in deliveries. They even contacted me to see if we could figure out another way to solve the problem.
