Good product, slow delivery, mediocre customer service
Man, let me tell you about this product. The quality was top-notch, no doubt about that. But seriously, the delivery time was just nuts. I had to wait a whole 6 weeks for my order to finally show up. Come on now, that's way too long in today's world. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was seriously lacking.

Amazing ear buds
These earbuds are seriously the best ever! I used to have Beats by Dre, but these are even better. They fit in my ears so much more comfortably, the battery lasts forever, and the sound is super clear. I seriously use them every day, I can't go without them. I loved them so much that I ended up buying two pairs!
