Clear communication on order status
I really like how good they are at keeping me updated on my order. Every time my stuff gets sent out, they always let me know and give me an idea of when it'll arrive. I've bought from them twice now and everything has gone smoothly. My last purchase even showed up sooner than I thought, which was a nice bonus. I think Onebuy.com is awesome and I definitely plan on shopping with them again.

Incorrect CBD oil
My experience with this company was a total letdown. I ordered a CBD oil, but they ended up sending me the wrong one. When I tried to get some help from customer service, they were no help at all and didn't even try to fix the mistake. Plus, the CBD oil I did get didn't even do anything for me. Such a waste of my time and money. Definitely wouldn't suggest buying from this company. Clearly, they care more about making money than making customers happy.
