Sectional couch, dining room table, and 10 dining room chairs
We recently bought a big ol' sectional couch, dining room table, and 10 dining room chairs but let me tell ya, the whole experience was a bust. We thought we were being smart by springing for the 'performance' fabric and getting the warranty, but boy were we wrong. Our dog decided to ruin the whole thing by jumping on the couch with muddy paws just 2 days after we got it. We tried to file a claim, but they shot us down real quick, saying it was just normal wear and tear. After a lot of back and forth, they finally agreed to have it cleaned, but it only made things worse. The replacement they sent had tears in the fabric, which they totally ignored. Long story short, the performance fabric was a letdown, the warranty was a joke, and the customer service left a lot to be desired.

Damaged item replacement
I wanted to send a quick thank you for the great customer service I got from a woman named Charlotte at your store. My order came in damaged, but Charlotte helped me get a replacement right away. She was so quick and helpful, and I really appreciated it. The replacement just arrived and it's all good, so I'm really grateful to Charlotte for making sure it was sent out fast. The customer service here was top-notch and went above and beyond what I expected. I'll definitely be coming back as a happy customer.

Was supposed to be a 1 time fee for find my phone
This company is completely fraudulent. It was supposed to be a 1 time fee of $.99. The next thing I know I am being charged a reoccurring fee of $39.99 and have not been able to find anywhere I can go to cancel this reoccurring charge. If someone can help me please do!!!

tunics, a few pants & shorts
Have to say that I am surprised at all the negative reviews here. Since 5 yrs ago, I had to entirely change out my wardrobe for various reasons and have been buying from Roamans/Woman Within since then. I think I have returned 4 items - one blouse had darts in wrong spot, one Tshirt tunic was too large, the color of one T was not as pictured (and it had to be a specific color to wear under a sweater) and one pack of underwear did not fit because I am oddly proportioned -and that is out of several dozen items. I do have to pay attention when ordering - prints can cost more than plain fabric, an item in this season's fabric can cost more than last season's and there are some items not quite available yet, but the expected ship dates have largely been met or they shipped earlier. And I do read the customers' reviews of items and they have warned me off buying a few items. They do not ship fast, that I will grant you, but I've learned to adjust my expectations because I like the products. I bought basic knit shorts recently for sleeping and I was very impressed by the quality. They have a few styles that I know work for me and I buy again and again. Of course my style needs are minimal since I am retired. My husband has remarked when we have been out in public that looking around at other women, my clothes are more appropriate, attractive and flattering than the vast majority and I have received compliments from women, as well. And some ask if I have ironed the cotton tunics and no, they are just fine washed and dried gently. Usually I watch for sales of some sort, realizing that close-outs from last season might be sold out in popular sizes. My experience has been consistently good and I've appreciated them even more during the pandemic.
Well, my experience has been a pure and total internet retail headache - on hold for over 25 minutes in an attempt to learn the status of my order after waiting nearly a month. Sent an email and that took a week for a response indicating I could not change or cancel the order - all this blaming covid BS....even after having received an email indicating one of the items I had ordered was not on sale for half the price I would be charged. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DESPICABLE "CUSTOMER SERVICE" EVER!!!!
