Laser hair removal device purchase
I bought a laser hair removal device from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, I was super let down by the whole thing. Their customer service is basically non-existent because they haven't even bothered to reply to any of my emails about my order. I made the order back in March and still haven't heard anything about when it's coming or even tracking info. On top of all that, I paid with a pay in four plan, so now I can't even dispute the payment to try and get my money back. This whole thing just makes me feel like I got scammed and I'm beyond frustrated.

Coffee and cinnamon raisin bagels gift basket
As a customer, I'm just really bummed about the gift basket I got from my grandson and his family. The coffee didn't even smell fresh, and the cinnamon raisin bagels were missing the raisins and just too dense - they tasted raw. It's a shame 'cause my family meant well with the gift, but the items themselves were pretty disappointing.
