I got this really awesome shirt online, but when I got it, it was like way too big. So I tried to return it, but then they hit me with this "sorry you gotta go to a store on the other side of the country" nonsense. Can you believe that? Total rip off!

Crossbody bag purchase
The crossbody bag I got from this place was really something, I gotta say. The quality was top-notch, and the design was super chic. But man, I gotta mention the awful customer service I got. I had the bad luck of dealing with an advisor, we'll just call her N, who was so rude. Every time I tried to get help through the online chat, she made me feel like I was bothering her. It was just too much when I reached out about a tear in the fabric of my new bag today. Instead of helping, she just stopped talking to me after a cold automated message. It's really nuts how unhelpful they were, especially with the not-so-cheap prices.

Protein powder purchase
I recently bought some protein powder from this company and I'd say it was a decent experience. The website was easy to navigate and I found what I wanted without any trouble. However, I did run into a few problems at checkout which was kind of annoying. The customer service team was pretty quick to help me out and they did resolve my issues, but there were a couple of times when things could have been clearer. The product itself was okay, but there were some differences between the descriptions and what I actually got. Even with these little hiccups, I'd say my overall experience was pretty good.

4 dresses
Dresses took a month to arrive. The fabric looks very cheap and shiny. I ordered a small and they were all huge and very long. Emailed them to get a return label but they don't send it to u unless agree to pay shipping and duty to China even tho they were shipped from "chino", CA. Got to love the play on words here. Their other option is the will only give you 15% of you purchase price if you choose not to send it back. Oh and you also get a foreign transaction fee on your cc when u purchase. Buyer beware!
