Sports sun protective clothing purchase
I bought some sports sun protective clothing from this company and I was really disappointed because it didn't work like I thought it would. When I tried to return it, they told me they don't accept returns for hygiene reasons, which was a surprise. Also, it's frustrating that they don't have any reviews available for customers to read before buying. It makes it hard to know if you're making the right choice.

Bad tour experience
This tour was the worst I've ever been on! I highly recommend not spending your money with this tour company. The prices are outrageous, and their customer service is just awful. Our tour guide, Andy Liu, was incredibly rude and not understanding at all. We even had to pay an insane penalty fee just to get our hotel keys!

Care packages for kids
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a few years, back when it was dormroom.com. The service was awesome - I always got notifications about when the care packages were sent out, and I could check in with my kids to see what they got. But ever since the company got bought out by another one (which I won't name), the service quality has really gone downhill. I had a few care packages go missing, like one during finals and another on Valentine's Day, with no explanation. When I contacted customer service, they pretty much refused to help and wouldn't give me a refund, saying all sales were final. They even tried to blame the college for losing the packages, which had never happened before. The lack of responsibility and professionalism from their customer service team is really disappointing.
