Silk Maison-Pants
Either this is a scam company or have extremely poor service. Don't know who is behind this company because the website is deceivingly professional ... legit. I ordered only because I really wanted the exact silk pants that they had ... couldn't find it any where else. But the sizing is so wrong ... the sizing chart is so wrong. I tried returning ... ordering size up 3 times. Each time took 1 month to deliver ... 1 month to refund. This 3rd time I still have NOT received my refund after 6 weeks since they received my packet back.

Absolute scam company. Took over a month to receive my order, and the jacket was cheap and way too small. I never got my refund even though I followed all of their rules (sent it back with tags on time, paid for the shipping myself, sent them all my tracking info, confirmed with USPS and silk maison that it was received). I waited 2 months for a refund that never came, despite them promising me it was coming, and ended up having to file a dispute with Chase Bank. Thank god for fraud protection.
Pajamas
Silk Maison should not be trusted. SCAM company from CHINA. Ordered 3 pairs of pajamas, little or no communication. Ordered SILK pajamas and they delivered POLYESTER pajamas of low quality. Only 1 pair was sent, 4 weeks after order. Once I saw the polyester and low quality, I asked to cancel the 2 pairs that had not yet shipped and requested a refund. They deducted fee's, shipping, penalties, etc. from the refund. They also confirmed the refund would be $156.00 and the next day came back and indicated it would be $134. This means I paid over $150 for 1 pair of low quality polyester pajamas. The refund, if I ever receive it is slated to take 15+ days, yet they have had my money for 7 weeks. Buyer beware!
silk dress
I ordered a dress on 12 October and I did not received it until today. I requested information and refund, it was denied based on no availability of information from logistic company. If anyone would like to make a class action suit please let me know, I am filling a dispute with lawyers based on their inappropriate funds usage and keeping my money without reasonable justification and no item received.

DO NOT BUY FROM SILK MAISON!
I wish so badly that I had not wasted money on this fraud of a company. Do not make the mistake that I did.
After weeks of hearing nothing about the coat that I ordered, I reached out to them to ask what was going on. I was told that each item is custom made for the customer and that is why it was taking so long. However, after two months, my order arrived, not “Embroidered with our signature rose gold logo on a pearl white finish, the box is lined with rose gold film” as their site claims, but crumpled and stuffed in an old plastic bag that had been used time and time again. When I removed the coat from the bag, it was clear that it had not, as I was told, been custom made for me. At first glance, the attached tag appeared to be a small, but when looked closer, I saw that the sticker marked “small”was actually just placed over another sticker marked XL. When I checked the tag on the inside, I saw that someone had just replaced the original XL tag - damaging the lining in the process. I then measured the coat and and the measurements match the XL on their site, rather than the small. As I was measuring it, I noticed several small tears along the seams of the lining throughout the coat, along with several MAJOR sewing mistakes and damages. Another manufacturing issue is that coat is listed on their site as having “premium-grade 100% mulberry silk,“ however, the coat I received is instead lined with polyester. Other problems are that the epaulettes are two different lengths, some of the buttons are barely hanging on because they were not attached properly, the seams all along the coat are ruined, and there are blue threads coming out of the seams where the coat was damaged because someone used the wrong color of thread to repair it.
Since I spent several hundred dollars on this coat thinking it was luxury and was told by the support team that it was being made just for me, I obviously wanted to return it. I reached out to customer service THREE times, but never heard back. Nothing. I am so saddened by this. I rarely spend this kind of money on things and was completely deceived and robbed.Dress
I ordered two dresses from Silk Maison when they see how popular they are on instagram. My dresses literally came in cheap clear plastic bags. When customers say packaging is good, I don't know which packaging they talk about. As you know prices are not cheap at all. I order from Aliexpress and Shein, their packaging is even better quality. They could have definitely done a better job. Very disappointing.
Silk Skirt
Something definitely off with this company. I would not recommend. Product was packaged nicely and seemed professional until I needed to do a return. Customer is basically non-existent and the return process does not make any sense at all. They provided me with an address to send the return and then claimed to have never received it and have no idea where it went because they use a third party carrier. Doesn't seem right. They refused to issue a refund or even a partial credit for the inconvenience. Sounds like they ship from somewhere that cannot accept the returns or they do not want to reveal their location. Sounds fishy. Very bad experience.

I would rate them zero stars if I could BUYER BEWARE!!! They had a ridiculously long shipping delay and when I asked the order to be canceled they said fine. Then they shipped the order anyway and are now ghosting me when I am asking for their return address. I had to take this matter to my bank. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are running a complete scam.
