Overpriced wool coat
I was so disappointed with the wool coat I bought from this place. The price I paid was way too high for the low quality I got. The fabric felt rough and scratchy, definitely not the soft warmth I was hoping for in a wool coat. And the stitching was terrible, with loose threads sticking out all over the place. I feel like I could've found a better coat for a lot less somewhere else. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest getting a coat from here if you want something well-made.

I bought two things from this company online, but when my order came, there was only one thing in the package. I contacted customer service about the missing item, and they said it was out of stock. I was bummed that they didn't let me know about that. When I tried to talk more about it, they kind of just stopped talking to me. This whole thing was a waste of my time and money, honestly.

PDF Pro purchase
I just bought PDF Pro a couple months ago and I've been using it ever since. It's been pretty good overall - does what I need it to do. Sometimes it takes a little while to get going, probably because my Security Suite is doing its thing. And those pop-ups about buying more stuff from the same company are starting to bug me. But on the bright side, their customer service has been really helpful whenever I've had any problems or questions.

Overhyped product
I thought this product was amazing at first, but after a few weeks it completely let me down. It stopped charging properly, and to make matters worse, their 30-day return policy meant I couldn't do anything about it. It seems like I'm not the only one dealing with this problem either. Lots of other customers have been complaining too. It's as if the company doesn't care about their defective products or their customers. I will definitely not be making the same mistake of purchasing from them again.
