I got these new shoes, been wearing them all the time and then, all of a sudden, the bottom part started wearing out super fast. I was like, "What the heck?" So, I reached out and they sent me a new pair in just 2 days. That's crazy fast! Their customer service is really awesome.

Coffee machine purchase
I bought a coffee machine from the store recently, but on the second day, it started leaking water from the bottom. My family went back to the store to try and get it swapped out or get a refund, but at first, they said no. After a bunch of tries and talking to a Manager, we were finally able to trade it in for a new machine. The whole thing took forever and was such a hassle.

Legacy digitization service
As a customer, I had a really great experience using the legacy digitization service. It was super easy to follow the whole process, starting from getting the instructions booklet in the mail to packing up my memories and taking them to the UPS store to send off. The instructions were really clear and well-written, which made the whole thing smooth and easy. I was pleasantly surprised by how everything was organized and efficient, making sure my memories were taken care of during the digitization process. Overall, I'm really happy with the service and would definitely suggest it to anyone wanting to keep their special memories safe.
