Sustainable beauty products
I recently bought some sustainable beauty products from Cerqular and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how it all went down. The website was super easy to use and I liked that they had a bunch of eco-friendly choices. The prices were fair for what you're getting and I appreciated all the info they had about each product's sustainability. Checking out was no big deal and I got a confirmation email right away. The only downside was that it took a little longer than I thought for my order to get to me, but when it finally did, everything was packaged well and in good shape. I'd totally think about shopping at Cerqular again down the road.

Blinds for my room
Ordering my blinds was a breeze, and when I had to adjust the length, customer service was awesome! They were really professional and took care of me right away. When one of my blinds ended up being too short, they sent me a replacement really quickly. The order was shipped out fast as well. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Lost item replacement
My experience with the customer service at this store was really good. I ordered two things together but they were sent separately which was a little annoying. Unfortunately, one of the packages got lost by UPS during delivery. When I reached out to customer service, they were super quick to respond and understand what had happened. They sent out a replacement for me right away, which was awesome. I'm grateful for how well they handled the situation and how professional they were in fixing the problem so quickly.

Toothbrush, Cancelled Order
I attempted to cancel my recurring order with this company because I didn't need any more toothbrushes. Can you believe it? They still went ahead and charged my credit card! What a rip-off! I had to go back and forth with my bank to get my money back. And on top of that, they had the audacity to claim that the order had already been shipped when it was actually sent weeks after I requested the cancellation. So sneaky!

Waterproof grommet top and bottom
I have loved sitting on my back patio this summer and dreaded the cooler days that would force me inside. I googled outdoor curtains to hang under deck and was surprised when Snow City came up. My curtains are installed on the north end of my patio to block the wind and I couldn’t be more pleased. They look great!
