    Last minute Christmas order

    I ordered something last minute right before Christmas and told them I needed it ASAP for my daughter. Luckily, after a few emails back and forth, they said they'd bump up my order and it got to me just in time for Christmas. The satchel was really nice and the customer service was amazing.

    Unexpected charges on account

    I was pretty pleased with the service at first, but then things took a turn when I saw a random charge on my account. So, I decided to contact customer service to get some answers, only to be fed a bunch of lies about extra charges that were never even mentioned to me before. It's just really disappointing to see a company stoop to being dishonest in their business dealings. Like, if you can't follow through with your promotions, then maybe just don't offer them at all.

    Merino wool sweater

    I've been a customer of this brand for a long time, and I've noticed a big drop in the quality of their products. My stuff from back in 2010 is still holding up great after a bunch of washes, but the newer stuff just doesn't compare. I got a merino wool sweater recently that felt like it was made of cheap material and lost its shape after only two wears. When I looked closer, I saw that the old, better stuff was made in Turkey, while the new, lower-quality stuff is made in China. It seems like changing where they make their stuff has made their products way worse. It's sad to see a brand that I used to love for its quality start prioritizing cheaper production over good products.

    Delicious meals, fresh ingredients

    The food is always so good and fresh, and each meal has everything I need in just the right amount! I don't need much extra stuff to make the recipes, and the instructions are easy to follow. The only thing is, it seems like the cooking takes longer than they say it will - kind of annoying.

    I had a really tough time trying to deactivate my account with this company. It literally took forever, like almost a whole year, to actually get them to cancel my service. I was getting billed every single month for something I wasn't even using, and even after I finally got it cancelled, they wouldn't give me a refund. In the end, it was just a letdown dealing with this company.

    The electric reclining theater seats I bought from this company have been absolutely fantastic. They are top quality and the comfort is unbeatable. I've been loving my movie nights at home ever since I got these seats. I highly recommend them!

    I've been so let down by the customer service at this company. I put in an order more than three weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. It's so irritating and unprofessional that they haven't even told me what's going on with my order. Even though I do like the product I bought, the annoyance of waiting for it to ship has totally ruined any good vibes I had about my purchase.

    OMG, I got this custom plushie and I am seriously obsessed with it! It turned out exactly how I imagined and looks absolutely stunning. It's so incredibly soft and cuddly, my BFF is completely in love with it too! I will definitely be buying from this place again, no doubt about it!

    OMG, I found the most adorable cropped jeans and a striped shirt at this store! The jeans fit me just right and the shirt is super stylish. I felt like a fashion queen when I wore them together. There were so many cute choices in the store, it was tough to pick just one outfit. And the prices were really good, which is always a win for me and my budget.     So, I got these totally awesome jeans and t-shirts online, right? But when my package showed up, it was totally not what I ordered! It was like, a bunch of random stuff that is so not my style. I called customer service, and you know what? They said they wouldn't send me the right stuff until I sent back the wrong stuff. And get this, they actually expected me to pay for the return shipping! Can you believe that? Like, it's not my fault they messed up, so why should I have to foot the bill for their mistake? Super frustrating, ugh.

    I've been a loyal customer for years, but lately, I've been extremely disappointed with the customer service at this company. It seems like they have completely lost their way, with inexperienced employees like Abby who have no idea how to handle customer inquiries. I've also had issues with getting accurate information about when certain supplements will be back in stock - three different people giving me three different dates is unacceptable. As someone who has been using their products for nearly two decades, this lack of consistency is frustrating to say the least. I've spent hours trying to get basic information through their chat and email services, only to be put on hold for an absurd amount of time when trying to call. The fact that the phone call ended when someone finally answered is just the cherry on top of an already disappointing experience. At this rate, I may have to consider looking elsewhere for my supplement needs.
