Socks arrived damaged
I ordered these really cool socks and when they finally arrived, they were totally messed up and looked like somebody had already worn them. I was pretty ticked off because I was expecting them to be brand new!

Prompt, fair shipping costs, great prices
I've been shopping at this online clothing store for a while now and for the most part, I've had a good experience. The shipping is always quick and the prices are really affordable compared to other online stores. The customer service has been pretty decent, except for one time when I got a dirty item in my order. It wasn't too badly stained, but it was still a letdown. When I contacted customer service for a refund or exchange, they wanted me to ship the dirty item back before sending a replacement. I thought that was a bit much for a $9 item. Anyway, I just washed the item myself and let it go. I'll still shop here, but I hope they work on their customer service for situations like this in the future.
