Dog puzzle purchase for a resident
I recently bought a dog puzzle for a resident at an assisted living facility. She was so happy about it because it looked like her dog she couldn't have there. I wanted to hang it in her room to make her happy. But later that day when I saw her, she was crying because two pieces were missing from the puzzle. I was really let down and upset, especially since I paid for it to bring joy to a 90-year-old woman. I don't think it's right for a puzzle to be missing pieces, no matter if it was free or not. Now I'm frustrated and mad about the whole thing. I think they should give us a new puzzle, and make sure all the pieces are there before they bring it over.

I've been getting nail polish from here for about two years and it's always great! The colors are really cool and they always have the latest stuff. Also, they have good sales so it's not too pricey. I enjoy shopping here because it's quick and simple.

Denim jacket and graphic t-shirt.
Even though this store has a lot of cool stuff and a big selection, my experience with their service was pretty disappointing. I got a denim jacket and a graphic tee, but when my package arrived, some stuff was missing. The worst part was that my order confirmation said everything was delivered, which made me feel confused and frustrated. On top of that, the t-shirt that did come had a hole in it, which was a big bummer. I tried reaching out to customer service about the missing items, but I haven't heard back yet. The fact that they haven't communicated with me or resolved the issue makes me hesitant to shop here again. They might have good social media ads, but it's obvious they need to work on their customer service.

Basic clothing purchase
I recently bought some basic clothes from this store. They have a ton of stuff to choose from - shirts, leggings, pants, underwear, jackets, you name it. I've been really happy with everything I got. The sizes (I wear XL) fit me just right, and the clothes are super soft and comfy. So far, everything has been exactly what I was hoping for, so no need for me to make any returns.
