It sits on a chain without twisting and the finish hasn't shown any marks after a couple weeks of wear (I wore it while running errands, nothing fancy). The paperwork was proper — appraisal and purity certificates — and the packaging was ridiculously secure (took a bit of effort to get into the box, which is fine). Delivery from Hong Kong was about a week, so pretty quick for overseas. Only tricky part is import duty — for the UK it was 22.5% and FedEx handled payment, then billed me. There was a sale so I paid no shipping, which helped. Overall I was skeptical at first but ended up satisfied; it's a straightforward, well-made piece that feels like an investment, and I'll likely order again.
