Earphones purchase
I bought a pair of earphones from your company online about 10 months back and one of them recently stopped charging correctly. I tried a few things suggested by your customer support team but it didn't work. However, I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently your team dealt with my problem. They sent me a new pair as soon as they got all the info they needed about the broken ones. The communication was clear and I liked getting reminder emails to stay in the loop about my replacement.
