Lighting cable
I bought a lighting cable from this company, and it was terrible. The quality was really bad, and it didn't even work. When I contacted customer service for help, they asked for tons of photos and details for just a £9 cable. It took forever for them to respond to my emails, showing they really don't care about their customers. I've never had such a bad experience with a company, and I won't ever buy from them again. It's obvious they don't appreciate their customers, and their products are just as bad as their service.
Replacement order experience
I had to deal with a replacement order issue with this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was really frustrating. The emails back and forth were so slow, and it took weeks to finally get things sorted out. And then, to top it off, the replacement I got wasn't even the one I wanted in the first place. After going back and forth in emails multiple times, the problem still wasn't fixed to my satisfaction. The whole purchase process left me feeling really disappointed.
1.6 Kw Powerbank
The customer service at this company is really great. When I ran into a problem while setting up my new 1.6 Kw Powerbank, the service team was super helpful in walking me through it until we got it all figured out. Big props to the service team for all their amazing help.
Smart lock purchase
I recently bought a smart lock from this company, and I have to say I am really let down by the customer service. The lock was working fine at first, but then the wi-fi bridge that made it work properly got discontinued. So now I can't use the lock like I was supposed to. When I contacted customer service, they were not very willing to help and didn't offer any solutions, even though I was ready to buy a new bridge. Also, the thumbprint option on the lock wasn't as reliable as I had expected, which made the whole experience with this product a bummer. I definitely won't be buying anything from this company again.
Charger and cable purchase
I recently bought a charger and cable from your company. But the cable wasn't working right, so I had to contact your customer service team for help. I reached out to them on 7/5/24 about the issue with the cable. They sent me a new plug, but when I told them the old cable still didn't work, it took them two days to email me back. They asked if they could send a new cable, and I said yes. It's been five days since I last heard from them, and I haven't gotten an update about the new cable. I'm really disappointed with the slow communication from your customer service team. It's not cool for a customer to not know what's going on with their issues.
Charger replacement
Lately, my charger conked out on me, so I hit up the company through Amazon for a replacement. Anker got back to me right away and shipped out a new charger, no questions asked. It was hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had with any company. I totally recommend them!
Bluetooth headphones malfunction after 6 months
After using my Bluetooth headphones for about 6 months, they stopped working. So, I shot customer support an email along with my invoice. To my surprise, I got a response from a real person in just 9 minutes! They didn't waste any time and sent me a new pair for free. I gotta say, I was really amazed by how fast and helpful the company was.
