Subscription box purchase
I've been really let down by this subscription box service. Every month, my packages are late which is so annoying. And to top it off, when I tried to cancel before it renewed, they said no and now they won't give me a refund because it already renewed. This kind of shady business just doesn't sit right with me, so I won't be using their service again.

PowerBank purchase for business trip
I got a PowerBank for a work trip, but it was a letdown. The design looked nice, but once I got on the plane, it started acting up. The sensor messed up, saying it was too cold and the PowerBank wouldn't work. I tried to get help from customer support for a return or warranty, but they couldn't fix it. All in all, I wasn't happy with this product or the company, so I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to this time. So, I messed up with the shipping address, but the customer service team really came through for me. I hopped on the chat and they fixed everything super fast, just asked for $7 to update the shipping details. I was really impressed by how quick and helpful they were. I'll definitely be shopping with them again because of the great service.

Antibiotics for cat
I came to this site at first because they said they had free shipping, but I was let down when I saw I had to pay for shipping a few times while I was ordering. It might not be a lot of money, but it's the thought of it that bugs me. I ended up giving my credit card info anyways so I could get the medicine for my cat, but it's kinda annoying that they didn't mention those extra charges upfront.

I've used a bunch of different job search websites, but this one didn't really have a lot of good job options. It seems like it's more geared towards people in higher-up positions, not so much for regular folks looking for work. I kept seeing the same companies putting up the same job listings over and over again for months without actually hiring anyone, and it just felt like a total letdown and a waste of my time.

Great customer service
The customer service at this store is incredible! Shalini L. went above and beyond to help me out and make sure all my questions were answered. She even took the extra step of reaching out to the manufacturer to get more details about a sofa I had my eye on. I was really impressed by how fast they responded and how friendly and professional they were. Honestly, I give them 5 stars!
This company is a rip off! DO NOT order anything from them. I ordered an item and 10 days later it still hasn't arrived. Manager, Jazz supposed to return my multiple phone calls to the company, yet no one ever called me back. Shipping app to see where my item is - is still showing same location. Apparently it's coming from HONG KONG. WTF!
Customer service staff lie about the item coming. It's apparently NEVER coming.
