Oversized jersey with bold back print
I was super pumped to snag one of those big jerseys with the cool design on the back. But man, when I finally got it, I was let down by how cheap the material felt. It definitely didn't seem worth the money I shelled out. And to top it off, the logo on the arm started peeling after only a couple times wearing it. I was hoping for better quality from a brand that's usually top-notch.

Sandals purchase with manufacturing defect
I recently ordered some sandals for my son from GearTrade and ran into a problem with a manufacturing defect. I had to return the sandals, but it ended up working out because my son didn't really like them anyway. Their customer service was amazing though, super helpful and quick to respond. They made the return process easy and I got my refund no problem. Overall, I had a great experience working with them and really appreciate their top-notch customer service.

Expensive boots, wrong size
I just bought these fancy boots online and they came in the wrong size, which was frustrating. The return process was a pain because they only offered me a $10 credit and I had to find a printer to get a "free" return label. Then I had to drag this big box with the size 10 boots to the closest FedEx or UPS spot. The customer service team wasn't helpful at all and the managers were rude. My whole experience with this company was just awful and let me down.

Changing Joseph and his amazing technicolour dream coat tickets
I was trying to go see Joseph and his amazing technicolour dream coat with my friends, but we needed to change the date last minute. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me really quickly, saying I could book the new date and get a refund for the old ticket. The refund is already in the works on the same day I talked to customer service. I am seriously impressed with how smooth and fast they made everything happen. Definitely the best service I've ever had!

Love this scooter is great for my commute. LED light is bright enough to ride in the dark safely. I wish the handlebars were a bit longer but overall a great product I live it.

Monthly deodorant subscription
For some reason I’m not allowed to give 1 star. Also Helmm on their website uses fake reviews. You can’t review them for yourself on their website. It took them over 2 weeks to send me my first subscription and that was only after I had contacted them about it. The deodorant isn’t long lasting and overpriced. Smells okay is the only thing going for it. It’s a scam and I wouldn’t trust them again.
