New website platform
I used a different company a few years ago and didn't have a great experience, so I was a bit unsure about giving Zenfolio another shot for my new website. But I was actually really impressed with their new platform and have been super happy with the service I've gotten over the past few months. After my free trial, I ended up subscribing because I felt like it was a better fit for me than other options out there. Even though the product isn't perfect, I really appreciate that they listen to customer feedback and keep trying to make it better. The support team has been great and quick to respond, which makes me feel confident that they're dedicated to getting even better.

Resistance bands for workouts
Man, these resistance bands are amazing! I bought them for my home workouts, and they're super easy to use. They have different resistance levels, so I can change it up based on how strong I feel. And the best part is, they're so portable that I can take them anywhere. The quality is top-notch too, they haven't broken on me like some of the cheaper bands I've had in the past.

Bomber jacket missing order confirmation
I recently bought a bomber jacket from this company, and man, it was a disaster. I didn't get an email confirming my order, which was a major red flag. When I contacted customer service to ask about my order, I was surprised when they couldn't find it with my email. How does that even happen? I had paid for the jacket already, and now they're saying they can't find my order. It was so frustrating and disappointing. I thought a company that brags about quality would do better.

Face masks with filter option
I had a really terrible experience buying face masks with filters from this website. The masks I got were not great – they were damaged or not what I expected. And the ones that were supposed to have filter slots were useless because they were single-walled. Plus, some of my orders came messed up, which was just annoying. And to top it off, returning them was a pain and expensive – I had to send them back before I could get a new one.
