Faulty device exchange in SG
Customer service is really great, especially from Paula. But I really think the device exchange policy at SG could use some work. It's a hassle to exchange things at Sephora. Paula was kind enough to make an exception by delivering, but it shouldn't be necessary to break the battery lid with a knife - that's just complicated and not safe for someone who isn't a pro. The device exchange policies in SG should be looked at again because too many faulty devices are being given out.
