Subscription box purchase
I recently tried out a subscription box service, but it didn't go as I hoped. I signed up for a three-month plan, but only got two boxes in that time. I had to reach out to customer service each month to ask for my box, which was annoying. Then, a few months later, I noticed a charge of over $100 on my card even though I didn't buy anything extra. I've been trying to get my card removed from the account to avoid more surprise charges. When I talked to customer service about these issues, they just pointed me to their fine print for their monthly subscription service, even though I clearly got a three-month subscription. Their confusing info and lack of help has left me feeling let down and frustrated with the whole situation.
Gourmet gift box purchase
The customer support at this company is honestly amazing. They were so quick to respond and so helpful, which made buying from them super easy. A friend told me about this service and couldn't stop talking about how cool it was as a gift idea, and I'm really happy I checked it out. I'm excited to see how much my kids will enjoy the gourmet gift box.

I ordered a snack box from this company and boy was I let down by what I got. No info on the snacks, just a bunch of random stuff. And get this - lots of repeats from the last box! So bummed. Nothing exciting or different about any of the snacks. I feel like I totally wasted my money on this.
