I just bought some shirts from this company and overall, I'm pretty happy with them. The shirts are awesome and look like they're made well. Retrol HM-01 Hit & Miss engine
Hey everyone, so in 2023 I went ahead and pre-ordered this new engine that was still being developed. It took a while to get to me, but let me tell you, when it finally arrived I was totally impressed. The packaging was flawless and the engine itself was absolutely stunning. Now, I'm definitely no expert, but I somehow managed to put it all together without much trouble. The instructions could have been a bit more clear, but I didn't let that stop me from reaching out to their amazing customer service team for some guidance. And now, four months later, this engine is still running like a dream. So if you're on the fence about getting one, just go for it. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Shampoo and conditioner
I got my shampoo and conditioner order right on time, and I picked the floral daydreamer scent which I'm real happy with. It smells nice but not too strong. But I noticed my hair is getting greasy quicker after washing, and I'm dealing with some frizz too. I've only been using these products for about a month, so I'm crossing my fingers that things will get better with more use. All in all, I'd still say these products are worth trying out.

The customer service department sent me a product that was not up to par at first. After a few emails back and forth, they finally sent me a replacement that was much better. They really need to work on their quality control to avoid sending out disappointing items as gifts. Broken furniture delivery
I had the worst experience recently! I ordered some furniture from this one place and it showed up all busted up. And then, when I tried reaching out to customer service, they straight up told me they wouldn't help with a return or refund, even though it was their own delivery service, UPS, that messed up. Now I'm out of money and have to deal with getting rid of this wrecked furniture. This is not okay and I'm definitely looking into taking legal action. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Return request
I had to get a refund from Suitnegozi not long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total mess. I sent the item back and then waited and waited for any kind of update, but I heard nothing for a whole 14 days. Finally, when I did hear from them, it was just to say sorry for messing up and to let me know they only gave me back a small portion of my money. This whole thing has really ticked me off and I'm not happy at all with their customer service and return policy.

Online check-in for a fee, quick check-in at the counter, great captain and crew, luggage ready on arrival, punctual departure.
Online check-in was an option the day before for 9 bucks, which is way better than doing it at the counter for free. There was hardly any wait at check-in since they had 4 counters going at once. The captain was really good at keeping us informed about the weather, flight path, and gave us a nice greeting. The crew was amazing - so friendly and helpful. When we landed in Palma de Mallorca, our bags were already on the carousel, which was awesome. Everything went smoothly, even though we left a little behind schedule. The only bummer was no free food and not much legroom.
