Terrible service! They are never ever on time. Infact most of the times the delay is 1.5 to 2 hours. They expect you to wait that long and it’s a problem because you don’t want perishable items getting spoilt. They don’t value the customers time at all. Most of the times the coupon codes don’t work either.

Never buy anything from these people. They are selling rotten and defective products. I purchased very expensive alphonso mangoes from this company and found every single mango to be rotten. It is clear to me that they are buying defective products at a steep discount and trying to scam people. I contracted them on May 7th, they did not bother to reply. I called someone who conveniently disconnected my call and then when I called again was asked to contact the company by email along with pictures which I did promptly and I got a response saying that they refuse to provide the refund because "Unfortunately, the seller does not offer refunds for mangoes that have internal spongy tissue issues, which can only be detected once the fruit is cut open". I find this outrageous and I believe such companies should not be allowed to conduct business in US.
Future Buyers BewareAlphonso Mangoes
I spent $110 on 11 mangoes to be shipped to my wife. Upon cutting them open, 4 out of 5 were spoiled. After much back-and-forth with customer support, the seller agreed to a $18 refund, and Quicklly offered a $20 coupon, which I declined and will not be using as I won't be purchasing from their website again.
The seller claimed the mangoes were of good quality when sent, but may have been mishandled during delivery, for which they could not take responsibility. The packaging was inadequate, allowing the mangoes to jostle around like tennis ... during transit. Quicklly needs to recognize that providing subpar products is not the way to serve their customers. I refused their $20 coupon, as I have no intention of shopping with Quicklly in the future.
