    I really like the product, but I was bummed out by the new packaging and smaller size they switched to without changing the price. It seems like they're trying to be sneaky and give us less for our money. It's annoying as a regular customer to see them pulling this kind of pricing trick.

    Office furniture table purchase

    When I was ordering office furniture from OfficeFurniture2Go, I had a bit of trouble getting the in-room delivery set up. A few shipping companies backed out because of Covid rules about indoor deliveries. But the folks at OfficeFurniture2Go didn't give up and eventually found a trustworthy team of delivery guys who got the table safely into my room. The table is really solid, looks great, and is top-notch quality, so dealing with the delivery hassle was totally worth it. I'm grateful for the team's hard work and determination in overcoming the obstacles to make sure I was happy as a customer. Huge thanks to everyone involved for doing a great job.

    I messed up by ordering from this company before checking them out first. I only got two eyeshadows, but I thought about getting more until I read the reviews. After I placed my order, I got an email saying it was shipped, but the tracking info said otherwise. I tried to contact customer service, but they didn't respond until I got PayPal involved. It took days for the shipping company to actually get my order, and it was missing the free makeup bag that was supposed to come with it. The eyeshadows were just okay and way too expensive. I definitely won't be ordering from this company again. Sephora should really think about their partnership with them. Avoid this company at all costs!

    The customer service at this store is just terrible. I recently asked for help finding a specific pair of shoes and gave them all the details I could, but they were so unhelpful and resistant. Even though I described the shoes really well, they still wanted a link, which I didn't have. When I tried to talk to a manager about it, they wouldn't give me any contact info and I felt really frustrated and like they weren't even listening. It's just really disappointing to see that they don't want to help out a potential customer. After this, I'm definitely not shopping at this store again.

    LED wall lamp purchase

    I bought this LED wall lamp from Luminaire Center, and I have to say, I'm really let down by it. The lamp I got is supposed to be adjustable with an antique brass finish, and a pro electrician put it up for me. But here's the thing - the LEDs are always a little bit on, even when I don't need them to be. It's annoying at night and totally unnecessary during the day. I reached out to Luminaire Center and sent them a pic like they asked, but I haven't heard back yet. The electrician thinks it's because the LEDs are just plain low-quality.

    Warm and lightweight sweater

    I didn't really know what to expect when I bought this online, but I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised! The sizing guide was right on point, although I do wish the sleeves were a bit slimmer. So far, it's super cozy and keeps me warm without feeling all big and bulky. I can't speak on how long it'll last since I haven't worn it too many times yet.

    Baby food subscription

    The baby food is really top-notch, packed with protein, fiber, and veggies that my little one just can't get enough of. But man, oh man, the customer service at this company is a total mess. Lately, the food seems kinda watery, and I've received late deliveries, jars with broken seals, and products with no labels. Being a busy working parent, this whole situation is just super annoying and inconvenient.

    I had a very good experience. I bought an anvil. For the price, I didn't expect much, but it is actually pretty nice. Obviously it is not the best available, but, considering the price, it was a great deal and it suits my needs. The shipping was fast, too. The thing arrived at my house in about a week-- way ahead of my expectation. I have to give them an A+ on my purchase.

    I ordered a floating inflatable dock today that is an 8 by 5 and I'd like to change the order to the 10 by 6 and a 1/2 foot. I've called and left 3 voicemails nobody's called me back nobody answers at customer service nobody answers that shipping and receiving and it's a busy signal when you hit option to for tracking. I sent of pm on Facebook and I also sent 2 emails. Can someone please get back to me before this item is shipped I need to switch it out for more expensive version.

    I ordered a photo book. No confirmation email, but my credit card was charged. Right after that charge, I had someone hack my account charging multiple things. I contacted past book to cancel my order and they would not. I doubt I will even get a book and money was stolen from me because their scam website is not secure.
