Seat cover exchange
I tried to swap out some seat covers for a different color, but the customer service I got was not very helpful. They told me I missed the window for exchanges, even though the product was still new in the package. I asked to talk to a supervisor, but I got put on hold for way too long. It seemed like they didn't care about what I had to say. I recommend checking out the bad reviews for this company before buying from them. There are definitely better options out there.

DNA kit purchase
I just bought a DNA kit from Sequencing, hoping to learn a lot about my genes and all that. But man, it took forever for the results to come back. I was starting to stress out since I hadn't heard anything for weeks. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but all they said was that my kit was still being processed. It was frustrating not knowing what was going on, especially when I was so excited to learn more about myself through this kit.

Hoth X Campaign
Wow, Sam Mora is amazing! She's really been going out of her way to help me with my Hoth X campaign. The campaign was having some issues, but instead of just throwing in the towel, she paused the payment and really took a close look at my site to see what else could be causing the problem. She even got some other team members on board to help out, but when that didn't do the trick, she connected me with another team that could really delve into the technical issues. She's not giving up on me and is putting in a lot of effort to get this site problem sorted out.
